鲜肉柜高压压力控制器及低压压力控制器的原理

　　鲜肉柜高压压力控制器属冷藏展示柜单体的压力控制器，其作用是防止压缩机的排气压力过高，一般安装在压缩机的排气出口端。

　　动作原理：高压气体作用于高压波纹管，当高压压力低于高压给定值下限时，高压调节弹簧克服来自波纹管的压力，将传动螺钉抬起，微动开关的按钮随之抬起，电路接通，压缩机正常运转;当高压值超过高压给定值上限时，高压波纹管压力克服弹簧力把传动螺钉压下，按下微动开关的按钮，电路断开，压缩机停车。

　　鲜肉柜低压压力控制器

　　低压压力控制器也属于冷藏展示柜单体的压力控制器，其作用是防止压缩机的吸气压力过低。它一般安装在压缩机的吸气入口端，其外形结构、动作原理均与高压压力控制器相似。当低压压力低于正常设定值的下限时，低压压力保护器就动作，使压缩机停车，当压力回升后可自动复位开车。另外，在小型冷藏展示柜制冷装置上，还可采用直接用控制吸气压力的办法来控制压缩机的停车和开车，进而实现柜温的控制。

　　The low pressure controller also belongs to the pressure controller of the refrigerating display cabinet monomer, and its function is to prevent the suction pressure of the compressor from being too low. It is generally installed in the intake port of the compressor, and its configuration and operation principle are similar to that of the high pressure controller. When the low pressure is lower than the lower limit of the normal setting value, the low pressure pressure protector acts so that the compressor stops. When the pressure rises, it can automatically reset and drive. In addition, in the small refrigerated display cabinet refrigeration device, the control of the compressor parking and driving can be controlled directly by the method of controlling the suction pressure directly, and the temperature of the cabinet can be controlled.
